By providing your mobile phone number verbally to Zak Dental Care’s AI receptionist (“Eva”), you agree to receive transactional text messages from Zak Dental Care related to your appointment.

Program description

Zak Dental Care sends a one-time SMS appointment confirmation containing the date, time, office address, and a link to new-patient intake forms. You may reply with corrections (e.g. preferred name spelling) which are routed to office staff before your visit.

Message frequency and cost

Approximately one message per booking, plus replies if you write back. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or call your local Zak Dental Care office.

Supported carriers

Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
