Hi! My name is Dawn Ann Erickson. This summer (2021) will mark my 40th year anniversary in dentistry as a RDA and admin assistant. I started my career in dental assisting, then made my way to a management position where I oversaw our hygiene department, ran the billing insurance department, performed administrative accounting tasks and treatment coordinating. This December will also mark by 5th year working at Zak Dental! I love my current position as a Billing & AR Specialist.
